Refund & Return Policy

If you'd like to return an item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Original DHL fees are non-refundable, only the item(s) will be refunded.
Custom-altered pieces, such as trackers that have been shortened to a requested length, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

As our pieces are handmade and often sell out quickly, we recommend reaching out to us at puffs@ismile.world before returning so we can check availability for you.
